RETURNS

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to hellorspctiv@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.

How to Request A Refund:

  1. Email us at hellorspctiv@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.  

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

  3. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.  

  4. In case of replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
